Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso CommonSpirit Health (Northridge, CA) nel mese di feb 2021
Colloquio
I applied in January and in February they emailed me to set up a zoom interview. During the zoom interview with 6 ladies, none of them turned their cameras on and they kept calling me the wrong name. The entire interview was extremely uncomfortable and impersonal. A month after the interview, the recruiter called me with a verbal offer and said that she would be sending me an official offer email the next day. During that phone call, she asked when I would be able to begin the position. I told her that I would need at least a month between giving my current job notice, and also moving across the country. She told me that the hiring manager was looking for someone to start ASAP, but she would be in touch regardless. I never heard back from the hiring manager, nor the recruiter, but I honestly feel like I dodged a bullet.

Do you like working with kids and adults? They are likely to ask you some question about both. It is good if you are comfortable working with both groups. Apply for job, go in for interview, talk to HR about your rate.
