Pretty easy. I Zoom interview with two directors for PACU. I applied 3 weeks prior before I got an email to schedule an interview. My interview was approx 30 minutes. I got an offer about an hour after that via email from HR asking when would be a good time to talk. I also got a text from HR.

Virtual interview with recruiter. Recruiter was so nice and made me feel comfortable.
Scheduled to interview with panel of managers but only 1 made it. Lasted less 10mins. 2 questions asked and she said I need acute experience in the US.

Once you apply they provide an online interview, they ask a couple scenerio questions to determine personality, they also ask about strengths and weaknesses. Next they ask you to do another interview, this time you speak directly to the placement coordinator. From there they place you in a unit
