The interview process was good. I got interviewed by a panel of nursing supervisors and hr personnel. The questions were pretty standard. They all were nice and tried to make me feel comfortable. Interview was about 20 minutes long. Questions are open ended and in regard to previous experiences and to see how you would work as a group and treat others. Care questions were asked but they focused on safety.

IF YOU ARENT FROM PHILIPPINES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They were running late I had to wait over an hour for my interview. 3 people panel all speaking in their own language. They would make comments in their language. They were talking about me right to my face but on their own language. So disrespectful and RUDE! 0 ethics 0 professionalism. I would NEVER WORK THERE! I would have to quit within a week. Again if you are from phillipines then it’s your place to apply.
