The interview process was great as it was timely and straightforward all on video conference. Where it went wrong was having to ask for the offer letter three times, not getting benefits for 90 days and not being told in the interview process where I had to report. The salary was not good even for a non-profit. I saw absolutely no upside to taking the offer after I felt their true essence came out in the so-called onboarding.
