First Round in Written test which consist 20 MCQ based on ASP .Net, .Net, SQL Joins, Group By. Level of questions is above average.
Second Round is Technical Interview
Questions are based on OOPS concepts(deep concepts were asked)
Session Management, Interfaces, Abstract classes, Garbabge collector, Trigger
Level of Technical interview is above average, it took me 40mins to complete this round
Third Round
Managerial discussion, General question based on what you have written on your resume.
This is like a chaty conversation where you can clear your doubts about the company.

Then there was a HR briefing about the company and taking questions one to one.
Next came the technical round.

All the. Net questions were asked from all aspects including what you've done in your project, coding practices, keyboard shortcuts you use to save time.. Net framework, sql, mvc, jquery, JavaScript questions were focused upon as they were mentioned in my resume.

Interview was scheduled for experience 1-4 years. There were four rounds in total.
1: Technical aptitude - There were 20 technical questions in this round. 20 minutes given to solve those questions. My Interview was for asp.net, JQuery, JavaScript, so all questions were related to those technologies.
2: Project Manager - It was just a normal discussion about myself, career goals, things that I worked upon etc.
3: Technical Interview - It took 25 - 30 minutes to complete the interview. He asked me questions about basic concepts in OOPS, .Net framework, JQuery, SQL, JavaScript etc. He also told me answers when I didn't answer or answered incorrectly.
4. HR Interview - It was normal discussion about myself, experience, salary etc.
