Was more then frustrating. First I was told I was not qualified for a Internal new grad RN position, after finishing my nursing degree, (I had 17 years of hospital clinical patient experience in mental health and laboratory). Which I then found out why was because my old manager in the network gave me a negative reference, which she later apologized for because she did not want me to leave the department. Then the HR department thought I didn't show up for interview and job shadow when I in fact did. They confused me with another candidate. The final process was I was promised an addition pay for previous experience and education and was later told it would happen because management said no as it would create conflict with other employees.
