The interview process was long. Took awhile to get an update. My application was submitted months before the interview was conducted. However, the phone screen was quick. In my opinion, I don’t think it was necessary.

Applied online through the website. Received a call about a week later from the manager who briefly went over the position and my background. A face to face interview was set up for a few days later. I met with the manager and supervisor who asked about my background and they went into more detail regarding the position, training, hours, etc. They asked if I had time to do a peer to peer interview. Since I did a peer to peer interview was completed with the other staff members. After that they advised that I would hear back in a few days. I also had to pass a basic math, customer service and typing test. I took the tests and passed. In 2 days I received an offer which I accepted.

Very formal, had to interview with the Manager first, then completed a peer interview. The initial phone interview was with the team leader who asked the usual interview questions,"why I applied for the position".
