It was a two step process with an interview with the unit manager and then a second peer interview with unit RNs and a PCT. They asked about my previous experience and also how I would handle certain unit scenarios. It was fairly easy process.

Interviewed by a manager and two peers from the unit. Asked good questions that were relevant to the job role within the unit. Peers were as involved with the interview process as the manager was and their feedback regarding my job shadow and interview were taken seriously in the determining factor of me getting the job or not. Overall, very professional & laid back at the same time.

Very easy phone interview first with HR and then a video call interview with department management and small team of nurses from the department. The HR interview was basic and the video interview with the department was ok. The hardest part was the questions from the other nurses. Ha they wanted to make sure they were getting a good teammate!
