Applied online, had phone interview and then one on one interview with hiring manager. The 1 on 1 interview involved discussing the Company and then the hiring Manager took it upon themselves to discuss how they dislike the organization, plan on leaving, and how the Company will not give a raise (even when promoted) due to high executive pay and running 'lean and mean.'
