I applied for a regional upper level management position. I had three lengthy interviews with the HR Dept and the Admin team in New Jersey- all conducted via phone and Skype. This whole process took a full month during which they canceled and rescheduled one interview at the very last minute two different times. At the end of the third interview they said they were interested and would be in touch. I never heard from them... not even to let me know that they chose someone else. I found the entire thing extremely unprofessional and a colossal waste of my time.
