There really isn't an interview process at all. I attended an open house where I was met by a recruiter. The recruiter has me fill out my employment papers and I was hired.

Brief Interview Process. Called us in on the day of, gave us an immediate offer, location to work, and information regarding training. Had us fill out necessary employment forms. Easy to be referred by a friend.

they only asked me for my certification and how many hours I could work. they don't even try to see if I was a decent person or lifeguard. then they asked which pool I could work at. they were generally nice and pleasing. they sold me supplies and told me how to clock in and out.
