Was sent a text to setup interview. Afterwards was interviewed by the director and supervisor of the assessment program of which it was not much asked regarding experience for the position

Mainly questions on my personal life ? What do you consider being your strong suit or weaknesses?
Why post a job for either case management, housing specialist etc and requiring for experience when they rather hire people who have never worked in the field of human services and have no case management experience???
