I applied online, and next day i received an email asking me to rate my knowledge about couple online marketing subjects such as SEO, PPC, etc...afterwards, i was invited for an in-person interview. The interview took around 45 minutes, and i was interviewed by 2 guys. Without warming me up, they started immediately asking about my resume and past experiences. For the last 20 minutes, they asked about some case scenarios about social media, email marketing, SEO. I was even asked my opinion about couple banner ads and landing page designs using a projector. Honestly, i wasn't expecting such an interview. And after the interview, nobody called me from the company. Kind of disappointing.
