I did 2 interviews, first one included IQ&English tests followed by an interview with HR manager & Operation Director. 2nd interview was with the managing director. After 2 weeks i received a job offer, i accepted it but when it comes to sign a contract, i refused as there wad illegal conditions like paying 100k in case you want to leave before 2 years.
