I was relocating from out of state so I did an initial video interview. Pretty standard questions for the position that I was applying for. I then did an in-person interview before being given an employment offer.

How would you handle a parent who was demanding you tell them everything their child disclosed during your session with them?
Received a call from HR to see if I was still interested in employment. Was explained the general process which included one face to face interview. Went to meet with the site director. The interview lasted about an hour. Was offered the job the next week.
