I applied online and heard back from recruiter via email about 2 days later. I had a phone interview with the recruiter. First off, the person as not very friendly and did not even start off telling me ANYTHING about the company, the position...Nothing. He just dryly introduced himself and immediately asked me to tell me about my background. I'm like...."ok....". The questions were ok, but the person was seemed very disinterested and unprofessional. Like, hey at least act like you like your job. I never heard back from them. Maybe it was for the better...

Applied online and was contacted after a few days. Interview went well,as per my perspective, and the person doing the interview was very friendly and approachable.However, never responded back after following up... Upon further review of the company, it seems they have changed their business model and I view them more as a Real Estate brokerage firm and I believe I am looking for something else in the industry.
