Very organized interview process throughout. Started with a phone screen then an in-person with 2 employees. The next day I was invited back for a bar raiser interview with 2 more team members.
The recruiter was in constant communication throughout the process. I was extremely pleased by the level of speed, transparency, and organization throughout my process.

When discussing the substance of the role, they asked me to articulate how I would communicate this to agents (their end user). They place a great deal of emphasis on the agent and making tools for them.
