I applied online and the HR rep reached out to me for a first interview. We agreed on a time and I confirmed again a few days before. Her email said she would call me, and 10 minutes after the agreed upon time, I sent an email confirming my phone number and that she was still able to talk. No response. I sent another email the next day and a third email early the following week with zero responses to this day. I am surprised by the lack of professionalism

Phone screening with a few background questions and generic behavioral stuff. Just wish they were more respectful of candidate's time. I scheduled it during my vacation only for them to miss the call.
