The recruiter seems either incredibly overworked, or unprofessional. I was was contacted through LinkedIn and asked to interview. I had a brief phone screen (where the interviewer was not able to answer my questions about culture-- one of the core tenants at Compass). I was told I'd be a great fit and that they'd be in touch to schedule the follow up call. Then silence. I followed up after a few days, and then again a week later. No response, not even a thanks but no thanks.
The experience left me not even wanting to work for the company, not with that lack of both organization and professionalism.
