Phone interview screening, 30 minutes, after nice greetings first, then HR explained position, told a story about CEO how he started the company and she was very impressed that I did a lot of research about Compass. It went pretty good, she explained the next steps. I followed up the next day, but they never get back.

Situational questions, like when, was last time I need to feel with an upset client when I saved the day, what tech approach I take to teach other agents
Intense for what the job is.. 3 rounds are not necessary. If you have customer service skills you can do this job. It's entry level - they act like you are a C-suite executive.

Very lengthy process with a lot of behavioral based questions. Be sure to have a base knowledge on real estate and the industry itself. It would also help to have a customer success background.

I had 4 interviews. Very long and tedious process. Most employees had at least 4 interviews as well and I think a couple had 5. There were all very customer service/real estate based questions but why so many interviews?
