The interview process was conducting by the team in which I was applying to. The process was very casual at first and the questions asked were quite typical. I was asked mainly questions regarding why I want to be in Real Estate and why I want to be in a high pressure sales environment.

I was invited to meet with the team that I applied to. Basically, they asked me some typical behavioral questions to learn my intention for this job and also replied general questions about the company and team to let me have a brief understanding. The whole interview was pretty nice.

I was a very friendly interview; the interviewer took the time to answer all my questions about the position as well as providing general information about the company. I was very impressed with their timely response -- they move quickly, no unnecessary dragging. After submitting my application, I was contacted the same day to acknowledge receipt.
