DON'T DO A FREE ASSIGNMENT FOR THIS COMPANY. I had two very positive interviews and then was asked to complete an unpaid test assignment. Got an auto rejection after turning in the assignment. I was overqualified for the role and have over 10 years of experience in my field. There's no way the assignment I turned in was so bad as to disqualify me. They are clearly mining free work from applicants.
