Initial communication was spotty at best, my POC was apparently preoccupied with a huge disaster and didn't bother returning my calls for over a week after the initial meeting / interview, at which point I ceased pursuing the position after the first interview. Management's expectations as far as salary was awful with zero flexibility and no willingness to meet in the middle. I gleaned from this process that perhaps the hiring manager was doing mean favor by seeming so inept and careless. Sorry to be so harsh but this interview was not a hiring or onboarding process but rather an unprofessional, inexperienced and strange "process". Good luck.
