Brief and very quick! I was referred by a former colleague who wanted to help me find marketing experience. I met with the Director of Recruiting, the Marketing Director who would be my manager, and the CEO. The colleague who referred me called me ahead of time to give suggestions as to how to communicate with the CEO, and was super supportive and helpful. The entire interview process was completed within a couple of weeks, and I was hired on the following month.
