      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Compass Group (Suffolk, VA) nel mese di feb 2021

      Colloquio

      First I had an over the phone Interview. That went well. I got a phone call from the actual hospital in Suffolk. I went to the interview scheduled with the director. I was told by the original recruiter , who gave me the first interview that there would be an answer by the end of that week. I went to the second in person with the director and a few other staff members. I was told by the director a decision would be made by the end of that second week. I was called the following day by the director who said I would interview with the senior leadership team between 11 and 1130 the following week and a decision would be made right after. He promised it was the final one. By then I was tired of being lied to, mislead and all. My anxiety was through the roof. This is the first one I didn’t arrive 15 min early to. I arrived spot on time. All of the previous interviews I was told to sit and wait, including this “final” one. I was taken in different directions and waiting on the interviewer for the first two in person. The following day I received an email that I wasn’t chosen.
