Interview was relatively laid back. Spoke to Hiring Manager and a few members of the team. Had to take Trimetrix assessment which both HR and the Hiring Manager says doesn’t determine you getting the position but in the end it did. They said the first time the results were skewed they were unable to read them so after HR suggested what I do the second time for the results not to be skewed, they used this against me. They said the results of the first and second were too different and they don’t know which person would show up to work. Beware of this game.

I applied online, had one phone interview with HR then a phone interview with Regional VP then in person with Regional VP. I immediately was asked to do an assessment after the first interview. This is a DISC assessment. In person interview was one hour. It was very intense with many scenario questions and personality questions.
