The interview was okay but when I emailed back after the initial interview to mention that I might be getting an offer from a different company and asked to move my 2nd interview date a bit earlier, things went south. My recruiter, Kristie, blew me off and said they are moving with other candidates. Old school vibes and not cool at all!

What a waste of time. First up was a long phone screen with a company recruiter. Then, a virtual interview with the hiring manager. I kept hearing about "all of these other candidates we still have to interview," yet the role has been re-posted several times. No clue what/who they're looking for.
