I was asked to complete a response to a hypothetical scenario before the interview. In the interview, they never referenced it or asked me about it. When talking to coworkers, they said they didn't reference it either. I was asked about my experience, preferred manager style, teamwork ability, and coping methods due to the nature of the job. Extremely simple, offered the next day even though they said they would let me know a week later.

I had a really positive experience for my interview! The team was really kind, knowledgable, and clearly passionate about their work. They took the time to tell me about the organization, benefits, and clientele. They asked some questions, including a role play question, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I received an offer but declined due to pay. I had heard from friends who had applied to Compass in the past that the organization pay is wildly low, and this was definitely true based on my experience. I was bummed to have turned it down because I truly was excited, but I do think that this team is lovely and they would be great to work with for whoever comes along!
