The manager of the clinic I interviewed for was very friendly and easy to talk to. She showed me around the clinic and showed me which office would be mine if I were hired, and introduced me to several of the other clinicians. Only questions relevant to the job were asked, and I was given the sense that I would be supported in gaining more training and certifications as I worked there. I only had to wait a few days before hearing back about the interview. I was an internal hire, switching from another program, so that might have sped the process up a little.
