15 minute motivational interview with a junior member of staff. Quite informal and simple questions. Also had to complete 30min Verbal and Numerical tests. These are similar to GMAT tests. The time limit for the numerical test is very short so it is difficult to complete all the questions and no calculators are allowed.

I was invited for the first round of interviews, which was described as "motivational and to assess personality fit", but there were a few basic questions on competition practice as well.
