Interview consisted of a phone call with a HR recruiter with the parent company (Cuna Mutual), then an in person interview at the Grand Rapids location. The in person interview lasted about 2 hours, during this time I spoke with the hr manager, hiring manager, SVP that the hiring manager reported to, and 2 of the teammates that reported to the hiring manager
