I went through a phone interview and two in-person interviews. Overall, the process was about two weeks. I was required to take a mathematical aptitude test and a test which required me to read a micrometer. You don't necessarily have to pass everything with flying colors, it is basically just a way for them to gauge how fit you would be for specific positions.
