I had a 30 min. screening interview with HR 9 days after I applied. The rep was bubbly and kind but did not keep her word. She said I would know the outcome in two business days. It has now been a full week past that time and she has entirely ghosted. Also her communications come from no-reply emails, so there's no way to reach out to request an update or closure. I spend 2 hours preparing for an interview, spend 30 minutes with her (where she asks me to go over my resume?), and she can't even send a rejection when she promises to? Very inconsiderate.
