Interview process took MONTHS. Multiple interviews at different locations. Each interviewer asked the same 8 questions and all 8 questions where just different versions of the SAME QUESTION, "How would you react to insubordinate behavior?" That was basically the basis of every question, They even made me role play some scenarios out which was completely absurd and uncomfortable. Notes must have not been taken or shared within the team (which says a lot about the company as a whole) as every new interviewer had zero knowledge of me, my experience, and my background. I felt as though I was reintroducing myself each and every single time. The interviewers all seemed very inexperienced and expressed very little interest in actually filling the position. All this effort just get ghosted in the end. They didn't even bother sending me a formal rejection letter. It all seemed disrespectful and a complete disregard to peoples time.
