I applied online and within 2-3 days the company called me in for an interview the next day. The interview was held in the presence of the Area Manager, Lead Project Engineer and Human Resources manager. Lasted for 20 minutes.

it was professional interview with the team leader, many technical points were discussed and they tried to check my personality and attitude and also they tried to check my English fluency during the interview and finally there was a question to check my logical thinking.
