There is a phone interview with either a manager, CEO or COO. They go over what the job responsibilities, benefits, compensation and answer any questions you may have. After the phone interview you sit down with the CEO or COO and they ask you additional questions about yourself.

They basically ask about your life and why you would want to work for CompuTech City. They make it very laid back, just trying to see if you would be a good fit for the team. They ask if the location is ok, lifestyle and more.
