I interviewed for a backend python developer role in Compunnel Digital.
It took 4 weeks and 5 rounds.
1st round: Technical Round with basic coding questions : Find difference of 2 lists, fibo series, data structure concepts.
2nd round: Technical Round by Team Architect: AWS related questions, APIs, scaling issues, data handling etc.
3rd round: Managerial Round: To check compatibility with team, technical knowledge, past project experiences, personality assessment.
4th round: Client Interaction: More of a mutual understanding round, to know better about the candidate and let them know about the role and specifics of project.
5th round: HR Round: Interaction with VP HR, general conversations and reviews shared with me.

It was good, Basic react questions were asked like the difference between useMemo and useCallback. They asked about react hooks. Also asked about props drilling concept. Then there was managerial round in which general questions were asked.
