Step 1: a short conversation with an HR lady. General questions and salary expectations
Step 2: interview on-site. Unfortunately, their software is specialized, only used for telecommunications mediation. Although the syntax is similar to Java, it has nothing to do with Java.
Overall, everything was positive, but I did not continue the process.
