The interview process was pretty typical. I had a screening call with HR, then a follow-up phone interview with the director of my department. I then attended an on-site interview in the Denver, CO location with my direct manager. For my final round interview, I was flown out to headquarters in Buffalo Grove, IL. I interviewed with multiple team members including VPs and the President of the company. Overall, the experience was very informative and relaxing. Everyone involved in the hiring process did a great job of making me feel welcome and comfortable. I received a call the following week with an offer.

good interview. reasonable questions. just be honest with your answers. like many other interviews so nothing really worth using 30 minimum words on. just need to get my 30 words in so I am typing more words than I need to.
