Heavy support from HR during the process. I started with the recruiting department for phone interview. I then spoke with the hiring manager and followed up with a video interview. Once that was complete I spoke with a VP of that department. They made it clear they were presenting an offer and allowed me to do a peer conversation to help me with decision making.
