Very warm atmosphere, just a casual talk to get to know each other. People are very friendly and usually, you get positive feedback from them. Just be prepared to answer the classical questions from an interview like: "Why you want to do this?" etc.

If you pass the HR interview (which is just a short talk) you get the next interview, they usually give you different situations in order to see how you will handle them.

English-they will ask you several questions to check you English level. Most of the questions are regarding how would you make a sale + empathy for people. They have to make sure you will not start on having a mental breakdown while talking to the customer because that happens all the time.

It was more like a conversation, it wasnt dificult or hard to understand what they want from you. It was personal, easy goong, my favorite type of interview. I think they are cool

Very fast and easy process. The questions were basic and the team was nice. There were 2 interviews and we spoke in english and romanian. Nothing more to add to the hiring process.
