Interview process is very smooth. They make sure candidate must feels comfortable. There are skill based online test And actual Interview rounds. (3-4 rounds depends on role) They want technical skill to be good as per company standard.

The interview process was pretty quick and I got the results soon enough. Final round's results were communicated the very next day. The interviewers were very friendly and made me comfortable. Overall experience was good.
Interview process consisted of three rounds:
First round: Basic SQL queries on JOINS
Second round: Video interview with Pre Recorded questions
Third round: Face-to-face interview

Colloquio
I had a 15 minute long phone screen with a recruiter, a 30 minute phone interview with my direct manager and then four video interviews (back to back, 30 mins long each) with my manager, director and two other people on the team. The last round was two personal interviews and two more technical, they went by fast and everyone on the team was very nice. Surprisingly, the process was extremely fast even though I had applied and interviewed during the holiday season (got the offer call exactly one month after initially sending the application.)

They like asking brain teasers, which caught me off guard so be prepped on those (they do this to see how you tend to think). I got asked two, one I remember was: you have two buckets, one has a 3 liter capacity and one has 5 - how would you measure out 4 liters of water?
