Applied for a product management role and had a telephonic interview with a current product manager. This was a positive experience. The second round was with a non-technical senior executive and an HR representative. The interview was originally scheduled for 2330 hours but was rescheduled to the next morning at the last minute without any explanation. Neither interviewers were interested or paid attention to my responses and even asked the same question twice. The bulk of the 7 minutes (yes, just 7 minutes) was spent trying to understand a poorly phrased product design question. The HR person was arrogant and the executive seemed more interested in looking out of the window and fiddling with his tie.
