My question is do they follow up with you to let you know if you got the job or not after the two proctors interview you? Do you get a rejection or acceptance email? How long does it take to hear back from them? I interviewed in April 2016 and haven't heard anything yet but also hear that they take a while and also starting a strike soon. If anyone can answer these questions for me, that will be helpful
Thank you

The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.

Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer and what was the outcome?

The interview process was pretty lengthy. During the interview, the majority of the questions were scenario related. The other portions were about prior experience with customer service. Certain questions were harder than others, but an overall good experience.

What would you do if a customer called about their power being turned off, had a high balance for non-payment, but had a baby in the background? Would you turn their power on?
