They ask a series of mostly behavior questions and are looking for good stories about leadership and conflict management. Be sure to study Con Ed's background. If you know about the electrical distribution system, it's a big plus. Second round is at HQ in NYC. Similar line of behavior questions plus some hypothetical questions regarding ethical dilemmas. They also asked me to write an essay about why Con Ed.
