It was a group testing date. I applied for this job in February, and hey emailed me 4 days prior to the testing (now in June) and invited me to take part 1 of the Customer Service Representative exam. It was scheduled to begin at 12:15, and they didn't even address us until 1:00. About 50 other people showed up to take the exam. It was mostly math and reading comprehension set into 3 parts. If you fail one part, you fail the entire exam and the computer prompts you to leave.

The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.

The interview process was pretty lengthy. During the interview, the majority of the questions were scenario related. The other portions were about prior experience with customer service. Certain questions were harder than others, but an overall good experience.
