Super unprofessional!!! You’ll get an email with a set date and time for the interview. You don’t get a call as a courtesy to see if the time aligns with your schedule. Basically you have to drop everything and show up for this interview otherwise, you’re eliminated from the candidacy pool. Send a follow up after the interview? Sure! Good luck getting a response. They want you to follow the STAR method I like every other employer. Horrible experience.

Since covid, the interview was over the phone. I spoke with 3 individuals. The interview will last about a half hour. They ask about you experience and what you can bring to their company. The questions are asked by the three individuals. They will let you know in less than 12 hours if you will go to the next round of interviews.
