Interview process took 3 days to learn of my decision. Manager quizzed me a lot on my personal projects I am working on and asked me some very trivial energy questions. The most important thing in the interview was that I worked for a grocery store and it showed that I am good with interacting with customers and employees.

Applied through career center, on campus interview that was not very difficult at all. There were two employees from the specific department that I was applying for. The interviewers were very friendly and professional.

Interview was with Senior Engineer and Manager of group that eventually hired me. They followed a list of questions closely (mainly situational/behavioral type questions and background information). The interview lasted roughly 40 minutes.
