When you apply on the website if selected you have to physically go in to take a test. The exam has problem solving questions, math problems and more. It is a timed test that can take up to 2 hours. The testing site was located in Staten Island. It is a tedious process if you don’t recall how to do high school level subjects. The good part is that you so get a study guide prior to the exam which is helpful. If you pass the test the second step is a follow up interview where they determine if you are a good fit for the role. If chosen the starting rate is around $20

The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.

The interview process was pretty lengthy. During the interview, the majority of the questions were scenario related. The other portions were about prior experience with customer service. Certain questions were harder than others, but an overall good experience.
