Sat down one on one with an alumni of my school. The first interview was purely behavioral questions. The interviewer allowed me to recollect my thoughts before I had to give an answer. The interviewer jotted down all of my responses. The interviewer was very personable and not intimidating.

The i review was done by 2 people. It was scripted. Questions were atraighforward. Company policies, integrity, work ethic, previous employment, etc. interview was easy. It was conducted by two supervisors.

The Con Edison interview process can be tough. The process is long as there are multiple rounds of interviews. Additionally, there are long wait times to hear back from hiring managers. There is also an expectation to have a great deal of knowledge even in entry level positions.
